When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note: shipping timelines are separate from order processing timelines and may vary a bit during busy seasons.

What is the shipping rates?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer letter mail shipping on all orders within Canada. Due to letter mail weight restrictions, orders may be broken up into multiple packages depending.

Free Shipping for Orders over $75!

All orders shipping within Canada and the United States with a subtotal of $75+ CAD will be eligible for free shipping.

Will my order be tracked?

If you select letter mail shipping at checkout, you are opting for an untracked and uninsured package. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a correct and complete mailing address at checkout. If a letter mail order that is untracked is not delivered, we cannot provide a refund and/or any reshipments. If you wish to have your package(s) tracked, please reach out to us prior to placing your order!

Do you have in-store pickup?

You can only pick up nails in our outlet, located inside Karma Bridal & Formal at 50 Tacoma Drive Unit 1, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada.

How do I return, exchange or ask for a refund?

Oh no, we always want you to feel satisfied with our products! Unfortunately, due to sanitary reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any of our products. If the quality of your product is questionable, please reach out to us by email within 30 days of purchase. Put your order # as the subject line, and we will get back to you as soon as we can! The quality of our nails is always important to us, and we will handle any issues on a case-by-case basis, holding customer satisfaction at utmost importance!

 My package never arrived!

We never wish this to happen to any of our customers, and we're so sorry to hear that it happened to you! For any orders that were sent via untracked letter mail, we are not able to provide any refunds and/or reshipments. If your package was shipped with tracking, we will need to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. In order to do so, please email us with your order #. We always strive to do everything we can to help resolve these situations, however, please not that this process and its timeline will be beyond our control, depending on shipping carriers and their resolution processes.
